The Familiprix pharmacy – Jean-François Chapdelaine, located at 455 Mnt Paiement, Suite 180, Gatineau, offers EMSELLA sessions to help support pelvic floor strengthening.

This non-invasive approach targets the pelvic floor muscles without the need to change clothes or undergo any recovery period.

Why strengthen the pelvic floor?

The pelvic floor plays an important role in bladder control, pelvic support, and intimate wellness.

When these muscles lose strength, some people may experience urinary leakage during physical activity, more frequent urges to urinate, or reduced confidence in certain daily activities.

Technology designed to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles

Using HIFEM technology, the EMSELLA device generates deep pelvic floor muscle contractions while you remain comfortably seated.

Sessions are simple, quick, and easily fit into your pharmacy care routine.

Support for women and men

The program may be beneficial after childbirth, during menopause, or following physical changes that affect pelvic floor strength.

It may also help support sexual health by promoting sensitivity, comfort, and improved muscle control.
